SHIPPING:

• Orders will ship within 7 days of purchase.  I make every toy myself and create all orders as they are received.  If you need something sooner, contact me at thepunchycat@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

• *Orders containing JUST STICKERS (no other products) ship for $1.00 via USPS First Class Mail and do not include tracking!*

• You are responsible to provide The Punchy Cat with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact me immediately if you need to make corrections at thepunchycat@gmail.com.

• The Punchy Cat is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim.

• International shipping is available!  Please email thepunchycat@gmail.com for a quote. 

REFUND POLICY:

• If you cancel your order within 24 hours of purchase you will be given a refund. After the specified time frame, no refunds or cancelations will be granted. 

• Exchanges and refunds will only be permitted if the product received is damaged or defective.

DO YOU TAKE RETURNS?

• Generally no, but I want you to be happy with your purchase so please email me if you have issues such as bandana fit or a faulty product.  I will do my best to turn that frown upside down! 🙂
