SHIPPING & DELIVERY:

• Orders will ship within 5 business days of purchase. If the items you order are already made, your order will ship out sooner. However, many of my products are made when the order is received, so please consider this timeline when ordering. If you have a time-sensitive need, contact me at thepunchycat@gmail.com BEFORE placing an order and I will do my best to accommodate.

• Orders containing JUST STICKERS (no other products) ship for $1.00 via USPS First Class Mail and do not include tracking!

• You are responsible to provide The Punchy Cat with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact me immediately if you need to make corrections at thepunchycat@gmail.com.

• The Punchy Cat is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS) to file a claim.

• FREE LOCAL DELIVERY FOR ORDERS $20+ THAT FALL WITHIN MY DELIVERY RADIUS.
  The Free Local Delivery option will show up at checkout if you are eligible for this service. Be sure to include delivery instructions in notes at checkout. REFUND POLICY:

• No order cancellations.  I work quickly to fulfill orders and can’t catch these requests in time.

• Exchanges and refunds will only be permitted if the product received is damaged or defective.
