Shipping & Delivery Info

HOLIDAY SHIPPING & DELIVERY INFO:

• Orders placed after Dec 12 might not arrive by Christmas. Orders placed before Dec 12 are likely arrive by Christmas. Once the order leaves my possession, I don’t have control over speed of processing and delivery by USPS. If you want to have the best chance at quick delivery, order before Dec 12 and select USPS Priority Mail at checkout.

 

• Orders will ship within 5 business days of purchase unless otherwise stated.  I make every toy myself and create all orders as they are received.  If you need something sooner, contact me at thepunchycat@gmail.com and I will do my best to accommodate.

 

• Orders containing JUST STICKERS (no other products) ship for $1.00 via USPS First Class Mail and do not include tracking!

 

• You are responsible to provide The Punchy Cat with the correct and accurate shipping address. Please contact me immediately if you need to make corrections at thepunchycat@gmail.com.

 

• The Punchy Cat is not responsible for lost, stolen or missing packages. Please contact the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS) to file a claim.
